General terms of service

• Prices may vary depending on demand.
• I have the right to refuse any order or request, as well as which commission I accept.
• The client must have a concept board or references available for specific visuals. Without one, I may charge a fee for developing reference and layout compositions or sketches.
• Canvas size depends on the client's request of landscape or portrait. If there isn't anything requested, by default it will be on an A4 sized canvas with 150dpi or higher.
• Accepting my terms means you follow them, if you break them, then it will be void.

Process & delivery of items

• I will contact the client via Discord or Twitter to show the client my progress. If the client has any requests for changes, we will discuss them privately.
• I will show the client sketches before I proceed with lineart and/or coloring. The client will have 3 free sketch revisions before charging.
• Once in the lineart / coloring stage, any further revisions made by the client will be charged.
• As for the time it takes on finishing, it depends on the package the client wishes to take.
• Please note that my schedule may subject to change in case there are personal hurdles. I cannot rush a single work or make it a priority.
• Final product will be sent through Google Drive but may change depending on client preference.

No Refund / Cancellation

• Refunds are NOT accepted if the client has paid and commissioned me. If the client wishes to cancel their order, it is not possible to have a refund.
• Any request for refunds via Paypal will be rejected.
• If the client is sure to cancel a commission, please say it directly and as soon as possible before paying and taking a slot.
• If the client fails to follow the rules, the commissioned items I have made are free for me to use and profit in any way.

Payment

• The price may vary depending on the client’s add-ons.
• Payment can be made in whole up front or in half on the first day of commissioning and the second half on the last day of my deadline.
• If the client has reserved a slot but will provide payment later, they will only have one week to pay before their slot is forfeited.
• Don't pay me if I haven't assigned a slot or verified the commission.
• No refunds once paid.
• My primary currency is USD / PHP, and I accept payments through PayPal.

Copyright / Usage Policy

• I have the rights to claim the art, not the client. I am allowed to use them for promotions and displaying.
• All commissions from me will be for personal use only.
• Clients can promote the commissioned items with proper credit.
• Clients are not allowed to take credit for the commissioned items, reproduce, repost and sell themselves, alter without consent.
• Clients may request secrecy or to not publicize the product until a specific time.
• The final work will be delivered as PNG only. For copyright purposes, I will not entertain requests for sending the raw PSD/CSP file.

• I live in GMT+8 Timezone and may not be able to immediately reply to messages! I ask for your patience.
